Yavapai Regional Medical Center is a not-for-profit health system based in Prescott, Arizona serving the Quad Cities area. They have two acute care hospitals – the West campus in Prescott and East campus in Prescott Valley – as well as various outpatient centers, clinics, and lab locations across Yavapai County.

Online Bill Pay Options

The easiest and most convenient way to pay your YRMC bill is online through their secure online bill pay system. There are two options:

Quick Pay

This is the fastest online payment option Go to https //yrmc,paymyhealthbill,com/quickpay and enter some basic information

• Last name of bill recipient
• Date of birth of bill recipient
• Access code provided on your bill

You can then securely pay the full or partial amount owed using a bank account, credit card, or debit card.

YRMC Patient Portal

If you have an account on the YRMC Patient Portal, you can view your billing statements and account activity as well as make payments. Login to the portal and click on the Bill Pay tab. Select the account you want to pay and choose your payment method.

The portal also allows you to set up payment plans if needed.

In-Person Bill Pay

If you prefer to pay your YRMC bill in person, there are two options:

Hospital Cashier Office

Visit the cashier office at either the West or East campus of YRMC. They accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards. The cashier office is open Monday – Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Patient Financial Services Office

The Patient Financial Services office handles all billing and can help with payment plans or financial assistance if needed. Their office is located at the West campus and is open Monday – Friday from 9am to 4:30pm. They accept all payment types.

Financial Assistance

YRMC offers financial assistance options for patients who qualify:

• Charity care – For low income patients under 200% of Federal Poverty Level. This is free care with no bills sent to the patient.

• Discounted care – For patients 201% – 400% of Federal Poverty Level. Care is discounted on a sliding scale based on income.

• Indigent care – For patients unable to pay full amount, even with insurance. Costs can be discounted based on financial situation.

• Payment plans – Setup affordable monthly payment plans based on what you can pay. Zero interest.
