The quickest and most convenient way for most customers to pay their TECO electric bill is online through TECO’s website. To pay online, go to https://account.tecoenergy.com/Payment/PayNow and log into your TECO online account.
Once logged in you can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. TECO accepts Visa Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, or electronic check for online payments. A convenience fee applies to credit and debit card payments.

Call TECO at 1-833-685-7343 to pay your electric bill over the phone using TECO’s automated system, You will need to enter your 10-digit account number and zipcode before choosing your payment method
The automated phone system accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and electronic check payments. A convenience fee applies to credit/debit cards.

Pay By Mail
To pay your TECO bill by mail, detach the payment stub from your electric bill and enclose it in an envelope along with your check or money order. Make checks payable to Tampa Electric and mail your payment to:
