- When will I receive my first invoice from Live Oak Environmental? Live Oak Environmental will send out this invoice on or around November 1st.
- Do I need to set up an account with Live Oak Environmental? No, you do not need to set up a new account. All existing Public Waste Services customers have an active account at Live Oak Environmental.
- Why was Auto-Pay not set up automatically? Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain your credit / debit card or banking information in a secure manner.
- Can I enroll in Autopay via the telephone? You absolutely can by calling (903) 839-1800. We have added, and are adding, additional Team Members to support our customers. These calls do take more time than normal, which can lead to longer wait times. For your convenience, we encourage you to use the web set up for Autopay.
