Paying your cell phone bill with UScellular is easy and convenient when you use their website. At uscellular.com, you can quickly view your account balance, make a payment, set up autopay, and manage other billing tasks from your computer or mobile device. In this guide, I’ll walk you through the steps for paying your UScellular wireless bill online and highlight key features of their payment portal.
Getting Started at UScellular.com
To start, go to uscellular.com/login and click “My Account Login” at the top right This will take you to the login page If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to register first.
Registration just requires your account number, account PIN, and email address. After registering, you can then login using your newly created username and password.
Once logged in, you’ll arrive at the My Account dashboard. This is where you can view your account details, usage information, change plans, manage devices, and of course – pay your bill.
Viewing Your Account Balance
Before making a payment, you’ll probably want to check your current balance. Under “My Bill” on the left menu, click on “Account Balance”.
This page will show your total account balance, any past due amount, and a breakdown of charges, credits, and payments. Review this information to see how much you currently owe for your UScellular service.
If you have any billing questions, there is an option to chat with a UScellular rep during business hours.
Making a One-Time Payment
Now that you’ve checked your balance, you can move on to making a payment. There are a couple ways to do this:
Pay Full Balance
The easiest option is to pay your full balance due. From the Account Balance page, click “Pay Full Balance”. This will pre-fill the full amount owed so all you have to do is enter your payment details.
Pay Specific Amount
Alternatively, you can choose a custom payment amount. From the left menu go to “Make a Payment” and enter the amount you want to pay. You’ll still need to cover any past due balance to avoid late fees.
Both options will take you to a secure payment page where you can enter your debit/credit card or checking account information. There is also an option to use a UScellular gift card if you have one.
After entering your details, review the payment info and submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your payment details. The amount paid will update on your account usually within 1-2 business days.
Setting Up Autopay
Tired of logging in to pay your bill every month? You can enable autopay to have your bill paid automatically each month.
From the left menu, choose “AutoPay”. Click the button to turn autopay on. You’ll need to select a payment method – either a card, bank account, or UScellular gift card balance.
Next, pick the date you want your monthly payment processed. Having it a few days after your bill cycle ends gives time for any Usage alerts.
That’s it! Autopay will now be enabled. Your bill will be paid automatically each month on the date selected. You can come back to this page at any time to edit the payment method, date, or turn off autopay.
