Receiving reliable water service from Rockwood Water People’s Utility District comes with monthly water bills that must be paid promptly. Rockwood Water offers various payment options to make it easy for customers to pay their bills on time each month.

Online Bill Pay
The fastest and most convenient way to pay your Rockwood Water PUD bill is through online bill pay,
To get started, go to www.rwpud.org and click on “Pay Bill” at the top of the page. This will redirect you to the payment portal.
On the payment site, you’ll need to enter your 10-digit Rockwood Water account number and the amount due. The system accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and e-Check payments.
Once submitted, your online payment will be immediately processed and applied to your water account balance. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your payment details as well.
The online bill pay system is available 24/7, so you can pay anytime it’s convenient for you.
Pay by Phone
To pay your Rockwood Water bill over the phone, call 503-665-4179. The automated phone payment system will guide you through the process.
Have your account number and credit/debit card ready when you call. The system will ask you to enter your payment amount and card details.
Once the transaction goes through, you’ll be given a confirmation number. Be sure to note this down for your records.

Pay In Person
You can also pay your water bill in person at the Rockwood Water office located at 19601 NE Halsey St, Portland, OR 97230.
The office is open Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. Stop by anytime during office hours to make a cash, check, or credit card payment.
After hours, you can use the drop box located outside the office for check/money order payments.

How do I pay my Rockwood water bill online?
You can pay your water bill online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit or check through our Municipal Online Payments website. Just click on this link. You can mail your payment to: Rockwood Water People’s Utility District, 19601 NE Halsey Street, Portland, Oregon 97230.
How does Rockwood water billing work?
Rockwood Water’s service area is divided into 8 billing zones. A billing zone map can be found here. Water bills are calculated on a two-month period of time. The bill is a combination of a Meter Charge that varies with the size of the meter (most residential customers have a 5/8″ meter) and a charge based on actual water usage.

Where does Rockwood water come from?
**Water provided by Rockwood Water PUD (District) is usually from the Bull Run Watershed, purchased from the City of Portland. At times, usually in the summer, the District will augment that supply with groundwater from the District’s wells.
Does Rockwood water have PFAS?
To ensure the quality of our water Rockwood regularly tests its water for contaminants. There has been no detection of PFAS in our groundwater sources. Additionally, there have been no PFAS found in any of the drinking water that we purchase from The City of Portland: portland.gov/water/PFAS.
