Pulaski Electric System (PES), Tennessee’s oldest municipal electric system, was established in 1891 as the Pulaski Light Company to provide electricity to residents, businesses and churches near the public square in downtown Pulaski.

In cooperation with The Town of Pulaski, Virginia, WIPP/Edmunds Association offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to pay taxes or utility bills by telephone or directly over the internet. Residents can also make payments to their utility bills, personal property taxes and real estate taxes.

You can pay by writing a check in dark blue or black ink and knowing your parcel number. Call 1-833-277-8725 for telephone payment services in English and Spanish. Additional charges are applied by our electronic payment processors, but Pulaski County does not receive any portion of these fees.
