To start automatic bank draft, you will need to complete the automatic bank draft application form available on the Polk County Utilities website and provide a voided check. Allow 30 days for new bank draft requests to be processed.

Recurring Credit Card Payments

Through the customer portal, you can schedule recurring credit card payments to be automatically charged to your card each month when your bill is due. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
