With QuickPay you can make one-time payments without registering an account. However, you won’t have access to all the benefits above

To start paying your bill online, visit Otay’s BillPay webpage and click the button to register or use QuickPay.

Pay by Phone

You can also pay your Otay Water bill conveniently over the phone anytime by calling 619-670-2222. Have your account number ready. You can pay with a debit/credit card – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Pay Through Your Bank

If you use your bank’s online bill pay service, you can pay your Otay bill that way too. Payments are typically received electronically within 24-72 hours. Check with your bank on how to set up payees for online bill pay.

When is My Bill Due?

Autopay and online bank payments are deducted/sent out around 5 days prior to the due date. So set up automated payments accordingly.
