• Online Payments – Easily pay your bill anytime by signing into your account on the ABCWUA website. You can make one-time payments or set up recurring payments.

• Phone Payments – Call 842-WATR and select option 2 to pay by phone The interactive voice response system walks you through making a payment

• Bank Draft – Sign up for automatic monthly payments directly from your bank account. Your bill will be paid in full each month without any hassle.

• Mail – If you prefer to pay the old-fashioned way, you can still mail your payment to ABCWUA, PO Box 27226, Albuquerque NM 87125

• Drop Box – Drop off your payment at one of the curbside drop boxes at 1441 Mission Ave NE or 5th & Marquette by City Hall.

• In Person – Visit the ABCWUA Customer Service Center at 1441 Mission Ave NE between 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.

• Payment Kiosk – Find a self-service payment kiosk in the lobby of the Bernalillo County @ Alvarado Square building.
