A Guide to Paying Your Lakeview Loan Online

Having a mortgage loan serviced by Lakeview Loan Servicing comes with many advantages. One major perk is the ability to easily pay your mortgage online through Lakeview’s website. Paying your mortgage bill online provides convenience, security, and reliability. In this comprehensive guide, we’ll walk through everything Lakeview borrowers need to know about paying bills online.

Overview of Lakeview Loan Servicing

Lakeview Loan Servicing is one of the largest non-bank mortgage loan servicers in the country. While Lakeview owns the mortgage servicing rights, the company partners with various third-party servicers who handle the day-to-day loan servicing on Lakeview’s behalf.

These partner servicers process borrower payments, provide customer service, and manage escrow accounts. So when you make your monthly mortgage payment, you’ll work directly with your assigned servicer, not Lakeview.

How to Pay Your Mortgage Online

Ready to pay your Lakeview mortgage loan online? Here are the steps:

1. Determine your servicer

Start by identifying which company is servicing your Lakeview loan. Lakeview works with several different servicers, including:

  • Mr. Cooper
  • Loancare
  • Flagstar Bank
  • M&T Bank
  • ServiceMac

Check your monthly mortgage statement – the servicer’s logo and contact information should be listed. You can also call the number on your statement to confirm the servicer.

2. Log into your servicer’s website

Once you’ve identified your mortgage servicer, visit their website and log into your account online. Lakeview provides links to each servicer’s login page at www.lakeview.com under “Log In to My Servicer”.

You’ll need to register for online access if you haven’t already – the process only takes a few minutes.

3. Navigate to payment options

After logging into your servicer’s website, find the mortgage payment options. These are typically located under menus like “My Account” or “Make a Payment”.

You may need to provide your loan number or address for identification. Then you’ll be presented with payment screens.

4. Enter your payment details

On the payment screens, enter the amount you wish to pay. The minimum due will pre-populate if you’re making your monthly installment. You can pay extra if desired.

Next, select your payment method. Most servicers allow payments from checking/savings accounts or debit/credit cards. Enter the required account details.

Double check that all payment info is correct before submitting.

5. Get payment confirmation

After submitting your online mortgage payment, you’ll receive an on-screen confirmation with a reference number. Be sure to print or save this for your records.

Your account overview screens will also update to reflect the payment (may take 24 hours). Log in anytime to view your payment history.

And that’s it – you’ve successfully paid your Lakeview mortgage loan online!
