How to Sign Up for Online Bill Pay

Signing up for online bill pay through Jemez Electric Cooperative’s My Account portal is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to www.jemezcoop.org/my-account and click on “Register” under Customer Login.

2. Enter your account number and last name or business name. Click “Register”.

3. Create a username and password. Agree to the terms and conditions.

4. Click “Register” again.

5. You’re all set! You can now log in to My Account using your new credentials.

Once logged in, you can view your bill, make a payment, set up recurring payments, update account information, and more.

Making a One-Time Payment

To make a one-time bill payment, just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to My Account and click on “Pay Bill”.

2. Enter the payment amount. The current account balance will populate automatically.

3. Enter payment info. You can pay by credit/debit card, checking account, or savings account.

4. Click “Continue” and then “Submit Payment” to confirm.

5. The payment will process instantly and you’ll receive a confirmation number.

Payments before 5pm on a business day will post to your account the same day. It’s that easy!

Setting Up Recurring Payments

You can save even more time by setting up automatic recurring payments through Jemez Electric Cooperative online bill pay. Here’s how:

1. Log in and click on “My Profile”.

2. Select “Recurring Payment” from the menu.

3. Enter the date to withdraw payment each month.

6. The system will now automatically withdraw payments on the date selected each month.

Going Paperless

1. Go to “My Profile” after logging in to My Account.
