Late Payment Fees
If your payment is received after the due date, a 1.5% late fee is applied. Accounts over 60 days past due are subject to disconnection. Reconnection fees also apply for interrupted service.

Digital receipts are provided for online and phone payments. In-person payments generate printed receipts.
To request a receipt for mail payments, contact customer service or check your SmartHub account for payment confirmation.
