Getting Started with Gundersen’s Online Bill Pay

The first step is accessing Gundersen’s billing website. You can find it at Gundersenhealth.Org/Pay-Your-Bill. This is the central hub for viewing and paying bills from any Gundersen facility, whether it’s the main medical center in La Crosse or a clinic in one of their smaller communities.

When you arrive at the website, you’ll see you have three options to pay your bill:

• Log into MyChart
• Pay as a guest
• Call their billing department

MyChart is Gundersen’s online patient portal where you can access your test results appointment information and billing. If you already have a MyChart account, this is definitely the easiest way to pay your bill. I’ll explain more about using MyChart below.

Logging In to MyChart

If you have a MyChart account, click on the “Log in to MyChart” button on the billing homepage. This will take you to the MyChart login page. Enter your MyChart username and password and you’ll be taken right to the billing section.

Once in your MyChart account, click on the Billing tab. Here you will see any outstanding balances owed. You can also view billing statements and payment history.

To make a payment, click on the Pay Now button for the bill you want to pay. This will take you to Gundersen’s secure payment processing page.

Paying as a Guest

If you don’t have a MyChart account, you can still easily pay your bill as a guest on their website. On the billing homepage, click on the “Payment as a guest” button.

You’ll first need to enter some basic information like your account number, name, and date of birth so they can pull up your account. Make sure you have this information handy before starting the guest payment process.

Once your account is verified, you’ll see any outstanding balances. Select the amount you want to pay and click Continue. This will take you to the payment processing page where you can enter your credit card or bank account information.

Whether paying through MyChart or as a guest, the payment processing itself is quick and secure.

You can choose either a credit/debit card or bank account for payment. Enter your information and click Continue.

On the next page, you’ll review your payment details including the amount and payment method. Click Submit Payment to complete the process.

You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation that your payment was successful. You can also have a receipt emailed to you. And that’s it – you’ve just paid your Gundersen bill online!
