Call 1-855-940-3942 anytime to make quick automated payments by phone. You’ll need to enter your account number, card number, expiration date, and billing zip code.
Phone payments post to your account immediately. A fee applies to debit/credit card transactions.
Pay by Mail
To pay by mail, detach the payment stub from your FEC bill and mail with a check or money order to:

Pay In Person
Bring your bill to one of three FEC office locations:

Offices accept cash, check, money order, and credit/debit cards. Use the 24/7 drive-thru payment kiosk in Greenville to pay after hours.
Recurring Auto Pay
Enroll in auto pay to have payments automatically debited from your bank account each month. Sign up online through SmartHub or complete a form available on farmerselectric.coop.
Submit the form with a voided check to FEC. Payments will be withdrawn on your bill’s due date after enrollment.
Authorized Payment Locations
For added convenience, FEC has partnered with MoneyGram, Western Union, and Fidelity Express for in-store bill payments. Bring your FEC bill to one of thousands of participating retailers like HEB, CVS, Walmart, and more to pay in person. Payments process in real-time. Fees may apply.

Avoiding Late Fees and Disconnection
FEC bills are due by the due date printed on your statement to avoid a late fee. If a bill is past due for two consecutive months, a disconnection notice will be sent.
If still unpaid, electric service may be disconnected. To restore service, the full past due balance plus a reconnection fee would need to be paid immediately.
