For ultimate convenience, enroll in AutoPay to have your bill automatically deducted from your bank account each month. There is no fee for this service and payments post in time for your due date so you’ll never miss a payment. You must have an online account to enroll in AutoPay.

Call 866-366-4357 to pay your Dominion North Carolina power bill by phone. Have your account number ready and note there is a $1.65 fee per transaction for residential customers and $14.95 for business customers. Pay In Person
You can pay your Dominion North Carolina power bill in person at an authorized payment center, which includes Western Union locations, check cashing stores, and more. Find your nearest payment center on Dominion’s website. Bring your paper bill or know your account number. There is a $1.50 fee per transaction that must be paid in cash. Payments post to your account immediately.
