Payment Due Date
The payment due date is the last calendar day of each month, as printed on your paper or online statement. Payments must be received by this date to avoid late penalties.
Set up automatic payments to debit 5-7 days before the due date to ensure on-time payment.
Late Payment Fees
If your payment is not received by the due date, a $15 late fee is charged. An additional $15 late fee applies if still unpaid 15 days after the due date.
The City of Patterson will issue a 48-hour disconnect notice if the past due balance and late fees remain unpaid. A $30 reconnection fee also applies if service is disconnected.

There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Does Patterson accept debit/credit cards?
The City of Patterson is now accepting debit/credit cards as a form of payment at the City Hall location. The payment transaction with the a debit/credit card will charge a 3 percent convenience fee. The City of Patterson’s City Hall is open to the public Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4p.m. and Friday from 8:30 to noon.
