Take a moment each month when you receive your bill to review it and understand all the usage, rates, fees, and payment terms. This will help you pay the proper amount by the due date.
Setting Up Automatic Payments from Your Bank
The easiest way to pay your Beaver Falls water bill on time is by enrolling in automatic payments This automatically withdraws the amount due from your bank account on the due date each month
To set up automatic payments:
- Download the EZ pay form from the water authority website.
- Complete the form with your account and bank account details.

Paying Your Water Bill Online
The Beaver Falls Water Authority website allows fast and easy online payments from a debit/credit card or e-check.
To pay online:
- Go to www.bfwater.net
- Click “Pay Your Bill”
- Enter your account number and last name
- Enter your payment details and submit
The site will add a small convenience fee for debit/credit card payments. But paying online 24/7 is much more convenient than mailing a check.
Use the After Hours Dropbox for Payments
If you miss the office cutoff time, the after hours drop box allows you to submit payments when the office is closed.
The drop box is located to the left of the office entrance. Simply place your payment and payment stub from your bill into an envelope and deposit it. Payments left in the locked drop box will be processed the next business day.
Just don’t deposit cash in the drop box since the water authority cannot be responsible for missing cash payments.
Mail Your Payment by Check or Money Order
To pay by mail, send a check or money order made payable to:
Beaver Falls Municipal Authority
PO Box 400
Beaver Falls, PA 15010
Write your account number on the check or money order and include your payment stub. Standard mail delivery times apply so make sure to mail your payment several days before the due date.
I don’t recommend mailing cash bill payments. For proof of payment, be sure to keep your stamped envelope, receipt from purchasing the money order, or cancelled check.
