One-Time Payments
If you don’t want the hassle of registering for an online account, ALW offers quick one-time payments over the phone or online Call 626-812-5225 and select the “Pay Bill” option You can make a payment using your checking account or a debit/credit card.
To pay online without an account, visit www.azusaca.gov/214/Payment-Options and click on the “Quick Pay” link. You’ll need your 10 digit account number and can enter your payment info to pay immediately.
Mail-In Payments
Paying by mail is still an option if you prefer. Detach the payment stub from your paper bill and enclose it in an envelope with your check or money order. Don’t forget to write your account number on the check.

Pay in Person
You can drop off payments in person at the ALW office located at 729 N. Azusa Ave, Azusa, CA 91702. The office is open Monday-Thursday from 7am-5:30pm. In-person payments can be made by cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card.
An after-hours drop box is also available outside the ALW office. Payments left in the drop box before 5:30pm will be processed the same day.
Automatic Payments
One of the best ways to avoid late fees is to enroll in the Automatic Payment Program. This authorizes ALW to automatically withdraw funds from your checking account each month to pay your water/power bill.
To start automatic payments, you’ll first need to register for an online account. Once logged in, find the “Auto-Pay Signup” option under “My Profile” to link your checking account. Payments will be transferred monthly on your bill’s due date.
Payment Terms and Policies
Familiarize yourself with ALW’s bill payment policies:
- Bills are issued monthly and are due upon receipt.
- Failure to receive a bill does not waive responsibility for on-time payment.
- Late fees of 10% apply if payment is received after the due date.
- Service may be disconnected if a bill is more than 60 days overdue.
- ALW reserves the right to require cash-only payments for customers with a history of returned checks or ACH payments.
