Thousands of retail stores accept in-person payments for APS bills. Look for places like Walmart, Fry’s Food Stores, Ace Cash Express and convenience stores.
To pay with a card at a retail location, you’ll need your APS account number. There is a $1.75 convenience fee. Cash payments do not incur a fee.
