Getting Started with Online Bill Pay

To access online bill payment, you’ll first need to register for an account on Advanced Disposal’s customer portal.

Visit https://etower.advancedisposal.com/ and click “Register” under the login fields. You’ll need either your account number or the phone number from your last invoice to enroll.

Advanced Disposal will email a confirmation code to complete registration. You can resend the code if needed.

Once registered, login anytime to view your account details and make payments.

Navigating the Online Payment Portal

After logging in, you’ll see the main dashboard with these options:

• View Invoices – See current and past bills here. Download or print copies

• Make a Payment – Pay outstanding balances or prepay future bills.

• My Services – Review your active Advanced Disposal services.

• My Profile – Manage your contact information and password.

Paying Your Bill

To pay your bill, select “Make a Payment” from the menu or dashboard. You can either pay the Total Due from your latest bill or enter a Custom Amount.
