On your account homepage, click on “Make Payment” to access the online payment portal. Here you can pay by credit/debit card or electronic check. Payments made by 6 p.m. will be applied to your account that same day.
To pay by card, enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Debit/credit card payments incur a $3.95 convenience fee.
To pay via electronic check, provide your bank account number, routing number, and other requested details. eCheck payments cost $1.95 per transaction.

To get started, download an Automatic Payment authorization form from the SnoPUD website. Mail the completed form along with a voided check to SnoPUD.
Once enrolled, SnoPUD will withdraw your monthly payment amount on the due date. You’ll no longer need to manually pay each bill.

After completing the payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email from KUBRA for your records. Payments made by 10 p.m. PT will typically post the next business day.

Keeping you connected during the heat
Pursuant to RCW 54.16.285 (5), on days when the National Weather Service has issued or is predicting a heat-related event such as excessive heat warning, heat advisory, or similar conditions in our area, Chelan PUD will temporarily delay disconnecting residential electric and water services for non-payment. Disconnections for non-payment will resume once the heat-related alerts have been removed or are cancelled.
If your residential electric or water service has been disconnected for non-payment, your service may be eligible for temporary reconnection at your request during heat-related alerts. Standard reconnection charges, security deposit requirements, and other related fees may be charged to the Customer’s account.
