Visit the Golden Heart Utilities office at 3691 Cameron Street in Fairbanks Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:30PM to pay your bill in person. They accept cash, checks, debit cards, and major credit cards.
You can also use the after-hours drop box located at the entrance of their office. Checks only – be sure your account number is written on the check.
Auto-Pay for Worry-Free Payments
Sign up for auto-pay to have your monthly bill automatically debited from your bank account. This ensures your payment is made on time each billing cycle.
To enroll in auto-pay, complete the authorization form available on the Golden Heart Utilities website and submit it to customer service. Payments will be deducted 10 days after each billing date.
