  1. Go to Holston Electric’s website and click on “Online Bill Pay” at the top.

  2. Click on “Sign Up for Online Bill Pay” in the top right corner.

  3. Select “Create User ID” under the “My Account” tab.

  4. Enter your 10-digit Holston Electric account number from your bill.

  5. Input the last 4 digits of your phone number listed on your account.

  6. Check your email for a temporary password sent by Holston Electric.

  7. Return to the login page and enter your account number and temporary password.

  8. You’ll be prompted to create a permanent password.
