Writing a check, putting it in an envelope, sticking on a stamp, and getting it in the mail. Who has time for all that these days? Luckily, with Jea’s pay by phone option, those days are over.

Convenience Is King

Let’s face it – we live in a world where convenience is king. We use an app to order dinner, another to get a ride, and yet another to video chat with friends and family. So why should paying your utility bill be any different? Jea recognized consumers’ desire for convenience and introduced bill pay by phone years ago.

Today, the service allows Jea customers to pay their utility bill any time of day or night with just a simple phone call No more writing checks or stopping by a payment center. Just grab your phone, dial the number, and pay your bill. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
