A. It’s easy. From the login page, select “New User”, Enter you billing ID from your latest bill, it will be the number listed on the second line in the right hand corner of your bill. Please enter as it appears with the space after the first four digits. Then enter your last name or the name of the business, choose a user name and password, enter your email address and select a security question. Once you have entered this information, click on the submit button. You will directed to verify your email account then you will be able to login to view your statement.

Q. Will my statement be e-mailed to me?

A. No. For security purposes your statement can only be accesses through our secure web portal. You will be given the option to receive email notices for your statements if you desire when you first log into Webshare or can choose to do so at a later date. You do not have to chose the e-mail option in order to view your bill online.

Q. Will my mailed statement stop automatically?

A. Yes, when you choose to receive your notification via e-mail your mailed statements will stop and you will receive an email notification that your statement is ready to view.

Q. Can I go back to mailed statements?

A. Yes, should you need to revert to a printed and mailed statement, go to Manage accounts/E Statements and remove the check mark from the paperless statements box. Your statement will be mailed to you beginning with your next regular billing.

A. You will be able to view your statements going back to September 2014 as soon as you register and log in.
