I like this method because I can see all my invoices and get a detailed look at the charges and account history before paying up. Read on to become a pro at paying your UPS bills online!
How to Login to Your UPS Account
First things first – you need to have a UPS account set up to be able to pay your bills online. If you already have one, great! If not, don’t worry, it only takes a minute to register.
- Go to ups.com and look for the “Sign In” link at the top right of the screen.
- Click where it says “New User” and fill out the registration form with your name, email, address, etc.
- Once registered, you can login with your new UPS username and password.
Okay, now that your account is all set up, let’s get to the bill paying!
View Your UPS Invoices
- After logging into your UPS account, look for and click on the tab that says “Billing.” This will take you to your Billing & Payments page.
- Here you will see a list of any unpaid invoices. Click “View Invoice Details” to open up a PDF copy of that bill.
- The invoice will show the ship date, tracking number, class of service, weight, zone, and total charges for that shipment. Review the details to make sure everything looks accurate!
I like to skim through my different invoices so I know exactly what charges I’m paying for. Sometimes I’ll see adjustments or credits on there too which is always nice!
Select Your Payment Method
Once you’ve verified the invoice amounts, it’s time to enter your payment info. On the Billing page, select one of the options to pay:
-
Pay by Credit Card – Enter your card details directly on UPS’s secure payment page. Fast and easy!
-
Pay from Bank Account – Connect your checking or savings account to make a direct transfer.
-
PayPal – Check out with your PayPal account.
I prefer paying by credit card so I earn those points and miles! But choose whichever payment method works best for you.
Submit Payment
The final step is to finish the checkout process:
- Select the invoices you want to pay if you have multiple.
- Enter your payment info.
- Review the total payment amount and billing details.
- Click submit!
And that’s it – your UPS bill is now paid. Way easier than writing and mailing a check if you ask me. Plus, I like having the instant confirmation and record of payment on my UPS account.
