Streamline Your Payments with Priority Health Online Bill Pay

Paying your health insurance premiums and medical bills just got a whole lot easier thanks to Priority Health’s convenient online bill pay options As a Priority Health member myself, I was thrilled when they launched their online bill pay platform It has made managing my monthly premium payments and any outstanding medical bills so much simpler.

In this post, I’ll walk through everything you need to know about Priority Health’s online bill pay system. Whether you need to pay your monthly premium, make a one-time payment, or set up recurring payments, their online options have you covered. Let’s dive in!

Overview of Online Bill Pay Options

Priority Health offers two main ways for members to pay their bills online:

One-Time Payments

You can make a quick one-time payment by credit card, debit card, or bank account anytime through their online payment portal. This is perfect for paying any outstanding medical bills or to make a single premium payment if you missed the due date.

To make a one-time payment you just need your contract number handy. You do NOT need to include the two digit suffix on your contract number, just the main number.

Then visit Priority Health’s one-time payment page and enter your contract number and payment info It takes just a couple minutes!

Recurring Payments with EFT

For even more convenience, you can set up recurring monthly payments directly from your bank account through Priority Health’s Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system.

With EFT, your monthly premium is automatically deducted from your selected bank account on the first business day of each month. No more worrying about missing payment deadlines!

EFT payments can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your coverage plan. It’s fast, secure, and the easiest way to stay on top of your monthly premiums.

How to Set Up Recurring EFT Payments

Setting up EFT through Priority Health is simple:

  1. Log into your online member account
  2. Click on “Pay My Premium”
  3. Select EFT as your payment method
  4. Enter your bank account information
  5. Specify the frequency for deductions (monthly, quarterly, etc)

Once enrolled, you don’t have to do anything else! Your payments will automatically be withdrawn on schedule.

A few tips for EFT:

  • Always ensure sufficient funds are in your selected account before the deduction date to avoid non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees. An NSF will cost an extra $25 fee if the payment bounces.

  • For marketplace members receiving Advanced Premium Tax Credits (APTCs), EFT payments can only be set up monthly.

  • You can view upcoming EFT deduction schedules and make any changes by logging into your Priority Health member account.

Benefits of Paying Online

There are many great benefits to managing your Priority Health payments online:

  • It’s fast and easy – Payments can be made in just a few clicks either on your desktop or mobile device. No need to mail in checks or call in payments.

  • Recurring payments ensure you never miss a payment – With EFT, your payments happen automatically so your coverage never lapses.

  • Avoid late fees – Online payments processed before the due date help you avoid expensive late payment fees.

  • Payment history all in one place – Your member account stores all your payment history and upcoming deductions for easy reference.

  • Secure process – Priority Health ensures all your financial information remains safe and secure.
