The fastest and most convenient way to pay your ECE bill is through the online SmartHub portal or mobile app SmartHub allows you to

On enrollment, you’ll continue receiving a paper bill for review, unless you opt to go paperless. Your payment will deduct on the bill’s due date so you don’t have to remember to pay each month.
