We Energies has partnered with tons of authorized pay stations so you can pay your bill in person at a location near you. Just enter your zip code on the We Energies website and it’ll show nearby spots accepting payments.

We Energies Walk-In Office
For personalized service, you can pay your energy bill directly at the We Energies walk-in office located at 231 W. Michigan Street, Milwaukee, WI 53203.
Paying at the office is great because you can:
- Talk to a service rep in person if you have bill questions
- Pay by cash or check without any fee
- Get a payment receipt right away
The office is open Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm. Just be prepared for possibly long lunch hour lines!
By Mail
If you prefer to mail payments the old fashioned way, you can send checks payable to We Energies to:
We Energies Box 2046 Milwaukee, WI 53201-2046Just be sure to include your account number on the check and mail 5-7 days before your due date so it arrives on time.
I recommend dropping it off in a real USPS mailbox, not your home mailbox, to ensure quick processing. The good ole mail way works but it’s slower than other options.
We Energies Mobile App
The We Energies mobile app makes it so easy to pay in seconds from your phone! Just download the app, log into your account, and you can:
- Pay using your debit/credit card
- View past bills and payment history
- Monitor usage and see daily usage costs
- Report outages, check restoration status
I love having everything right in the app and being able to pay on the go from my phone!
Online Bill Pay Through Your Bank
If your bank offers online bill pay you can set up We Energies as a payee and schedule one-time or recurring payments from your bank account.
