Your account will usually update with the payment in 1-2 business days. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the payment details for your records.
Setting Up AutoPay
For hassle-free bill payment each month, you can enable autopay through your We Energies account.
Go to “My Profile” and click “AutoPay Program” in the left menu. Here you can turn autopay on and pick your payment method.
Next, select the date each month that you want your payment processed. Having it a few days after your bill generation date gives time to review your new charges.
