As a Northland customer, you receive a monthly bill that must be paid on time to avoid any service interruptions. Northland offers multiple convenient ways to pay your bill each month whether you prefer online, by phone, in person or by mail.

Online Bill Pay

The easiest way to pay your Northland cable bill is online through their website, Simply go to yournorthland,com and click on “Pay Bill” in the top menu bar This will direct you to the Northland online bill pay portal,

If you already have an account set up, just log in with your username and password. Once logged in, you can view your current bill, see previous statements, and make a payment.

If you are new to online bill pay click “Register” and provide your account number name, email address, and phone number to create an account.

Online bill pay lets you securely pay by debit card, credit card, or electronic check. You can even set up automatic monthly payments to ensure your bill always gets paid on time.

Pay by Phone

Northland also offers a toll-free automated phone payment system. To use it, simply call 855-465-4626 and select Option 1 for the Greenwood area.

You’ll need to enter your Northland account number and 4-digit PIN. The interactive voice menu will guide you through reviewing your balance and making a payment by debit/credit card or check. Your payment is immediately credited to your account.

Payment Kiosks

In the future, Northland plans to install self-service bill payment kiosks at select retailer locations for added customer convenience. Greenwood customers will then have another option to quickly pay their cable bill in person at local stores 24/7.
