How to Pay Your West Palm Beach Water Bill Online, by Phone, or In Person

Paying your water bill in West Palm Beach is easy, with multiple options available for residential and commercial customers. In this guide, I’ll explain the different ways you can pay your West Palm Beach water bill quickly and securely.

Online Payment

The easiest way to pay your West Palm Beach water bill is online through the city’s website.

To pay online:

• Go to www.wpb.org
• Click on “Pay Bill Online”
• Login or create an account
• Select the account you want to make a payment for
• Enter payment details and submit

Online payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit/debit cards or through electronic checks.

Payments made online are processed immediately, so you don’t have to worry about late fees as long as you pay before the due date.

Pay by Phone

Allow 5-7 business days for mailed payments to be received and processed. Payments must be received by the due date to avoid late fees.

I don’t recommend paying by mail within 5-7 days of your due date, since postal delays could cause a late payment. Use one of the faster options above if your due date is approaching.

Pay In Person

When paying in person, you will receive immediate confirmation that your payment was made. However, in-person payments do require you to visit City Hall during business hours.

Late Payments and Disconnection

Water bills in West Palm Beach are due 20 days after they are issued. A late fee of $8 or 1.5% of the unpaid balance (whichever is greater) is assessed if payment is not received by the due date.
