Alphera Financial Services provides auto financing and leasing services to customers across the UK. As an Alphera customer with a car loan or lease, you receive monthly statements outlining the payment due. Alphera offers several ways to pay your bill conveniently online, by phone or by mail.

MyAlphera Online Account

The easiest way to manage your Alphera account and make payments is through MyAlphera – the online customer portal Simply go to myfinancealphera.co.uk and click on “Login” at the top right.

If you don’t have an account yet, click “Register” to create your MyAlphera ID using your email address. Once registered, you can securely access your Alphera account details including:

Under the “Payments” tab you can quickly make a one-time payment on your Alphera bill using a debit card or credit card. MyAlphera saves all your information for faster checkout next time.

If you don’t want to create a MyAlphera account, you can make a one-time payment as a guest through Alphera’s online payment portal. Simply go to payments.alphera.co.uk.

You’ll need your 9 digit agreement number and surname. Enter your debit or credit card details, review the payment info and complete the transaction. Be sure to save the receipt.

Pay By Phone

To pay your Alphera bill over the phone, call 0344 557 8001 and select option 2 for payments. Provide your agreement number, card details and payment amount to the automated system.

Phone payments can be made 24/7 for your convenience. However, allow 1 full business day for phone payments to be applied to your Alphera account.

Pay by Mail

Mail your Alphera payment by cheque or postal order along with your remittance slip from your monthly statement. Send to:
