MyEnstar Online Account
The fastest way to pay your Enstar bill is through MyEnstar, the online customer portal MyEnstar allows you to securely access your account, view usage, make payments and manage settings.
To use MyEnstar, go to www.enstarnaturalgas.com and click on “MyEnstar Portal” at the top right. Register for an account using your Enstar account number. Once logged in, you’ll see your current charges and can make a payment with just a few clicks using your bank account, credit card or debit card.
MyEnstar also lets you set up autopay, go paperless, view billing history, update account information and more. It’s the most convenient way to take care of your Enstar gas bill online 24/7.
Pay By Phone
In addition to online payments, Enstar offers a pay-by-phone option through its automated system. To use the pay-by-phone method, call 1-888-534-6940 and select “Make Payment” from the menu.
You’ll need to enter your 10-digit Enstar account number and follow the prompts to submit your credit card, debit card or bank account information. At the end, you’ll receive a confirmation number verifying that your gas bill payment was processed.
Pay In Person
To pay your Enstar bill in person, visit one of Enstar’s three Customer Centers located in Anchorage, Eagle River and the Mat-Su Valley. Centers accept cash, check, debit and credit cards.
You can also use the 24/7 payment kiosks in the lobby to pay by cash, check or card any time of day or night. Enstar’s main Anchorage office additionally has a drive-up payment window for added convenience. Be sure to bring your latest bill.
Pay by Mail
Sending your Enstar gas bill payment by mail is another option. Simply fill out the payment stub from your latest bill and mail it along with a check or money order to:

AutoPay
For worry-free bill payment, enroll in Enstar’s AutoPay program. This automatically deducts your monthly gas bill amount from your bank account or credit card on the due date.
To set up AutoPay, login to MyEnstar, go to Billing & Payments > AutoPay. Enter your payment info and submit. AutoPay prevents late fees and ensures your gas service stays on.
Pay at Walmart
Enstar gas bill payments can also be made at any Walmart MoneyCenter or customer service desk across the U.S. You’ll need to provide cash or a pin-based debit card – no checks or credit cards accepted.
Walmart charges a small transaction fee for this service that must be paid at the time of payment. Bring your latest Enstar bill which shows your account number. Payments made by 3pm can be processed the next business day.
Avoid Late Fees
