Navigating the MPCS Website

To access your account on the MPCS website, go to www.mckesson.com/customer-login and click on “Customer Login” at the top. This will bring you to the main login page.

Select “McKesson Patient Care Solutions” from the dropdown menu. Then enter your username and password provided by MPCS. If you don’t have login credentials yet, contact MPCS customer service at 1-800-571-2889.

Under the Billing & Payments tab, you can view your past invoices and payment history Click on “Billing History” to see all your invoices and payments over the last 6 months in one place.

Use the search filters at the top to narrow down your billing history by date range, type, status and other criteria. Click on any invoice number to view the full details. This provides a transparent record of what you’ve been billed and paid.

Update Billing Info

It’s important to keep your billing and insurance information up to date in your MPCS account. Under Account Settings, you can edit your:

  • Insurance Details – Primary/secondary insurance, policy number, group number

  • Contact Information – Address, phone number, email

  • Payment Methods – Default credit card or bank account

Be sure to save any changes by clicking “Update Account” at the bottom. Accurate info ensures your bills and insurance claims are processed smoothly.

Paperless Billing

For convenience, opt into paperless billing when managing your account online. Under Communication Preferences in Account Settings, turn on “Go Paperless”.

This means you’ll receive bills and statements electronically via email rather than through the mail. You’ll get instant notification when a new document is ready to view. Going paperless reduces clutter and is better for the environment.
