Billing & Late Payment
The City outsources the billing and collection of these utilities to OPUS21. These services are billed to residents quarterly (January, April, July, and October). Payments not received by the due date will result in a 10% late fee. All accounts that become delinquent are certified to Anoka County for collection with the property taxes.
